Here is a list of homes currently for sale in the Montrose area that are bank owned and ready for new owners.

Some good news on the foreclosure front for Montrose, there were 100 less homes that received notices of foreclosure in 2011 than 2010. The number is still high at 285 notices this year but its a lot better than the 385 of last year. Hopefully this trend continues into 2012.

If the number of homes being foreclosed on can drop another 100  in 2012 it will go along way to turning the market around.
